The Spaghetti Warehouse is a restaurant chain and is located on Broad Street in Columbus. The restaurant has been there as long as I can remember. My family loves to go to the Spaghetti Warehouse for dinner because you are guaranteed to leave satisfied. The restaurant is known for its rustic, train station interior decor and its good sized dinner portions of Italian food.
The exterior is an old brick warehouse that used to be an ice house in the 1880’s. This Columbus location was the fifth to open in 1978 and has the largest seating capacity and sales of the eight locations. This location can seat eight hundred people.
Each restaurant has a trolley car in the main dining area. The kids love to eat in the trolley car. Ok, I won’t lie, so do I! The original steam engine that kept the building cold when it was an ice house, is still located in its lobby.
Let’s get to the food!
The menu is a bit overwhelming for me. It’s hard to choose one item when you are looking at a menu with choices like Mozzarella Fritta, toasted ravioli, tuscan ribs, 15-layer lasagne, and the list goes on! On this particular trip, I went with the –
Ultimate Feast for Two!
You will need help eating this platter full of chicken parmigiana, the incredible 15-layer lasagne, spaghetti with tomato sauce, ravioli with creamy Alfredo sauce, Italian pork sausages, meatballs and garlic bread. This platter can easily feed two adults and two kids.
We ordered two platters for three adults and two kids and had plenty of food to take home for another meal. Dessert anyone? Italian Cream Torte, or Signature Chocolate Black-Out Cake? Oh we were just way to full to order dessert!
I hope you enjoyed my Spaghetti Warehouse review!
